1. Customer understands that the terms of this credit application are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. Customer agrees to pay all invoices within this timeframe and understands that late payments may be subject to a monthly penalty charge of 1.5% (annual rate of 18%) or the maximum rate otherwise allowed by law; and further agrees to pay attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs incurred in enforcing this Agreement.
2. The undersigned individual represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute and enter into this Credit Agreement on behalf of the Customer.
3. TSI Promotionals has the right to terminate any extension of credit to the Customer at any time without notice in the event that the Customer fails to comply with this Credit Agreement or TSI Promotionals Terms and Conditions
4. The Customer authorizes the release of credit information to process this application and assures that all information provided is true, complete and accurate to the best of the Customer’s knowledge.
