Credit / Debit Card Processing fee All Payments made by card will be assessed a 3.75% processing fee.

Artwork or designs provided to TSI shall remain the property of the rightful owner of said artwork.
Cancellations must be written three (3) days of the dated workorder.

Once merchandise has been ordered, you will be responsive for all freight & restocking fees. Special, custom, embellished, discontinued, and closeout items are not returnable.

Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within three (3) days of receipt. Availability of merchandise is subject to change or to be discontinued without notice. We will accept no responsibility for manufacturer's inability to supply merchandise.

If credit is approved, net 30 days, a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% oer annum) will be charged on all balances. We reserve the right to revise or revoke credit terms without prior notice. All returned checks will be charged a $45.00 handling fee. Should you/company become delinquent in payment TSI will charge, and the undersigned does hereby agree to pay responable attornety's fees, a late charge of 1.5% per month and all other cost an expenses which may be incurred by TSI in the collection of said payment. TSI will not replace any item supplied by a customer for decoration.
